If you are not completely satisfied with your student’s photos, we encourage you to participate in Retake Day. Retakes are provided at no additional cost.

To participate, please have your student bring their original portrait package to the camera on Retake Day.

If you ordered a Digital Download only, your student should still visit the photographer. The retake will be noted in our system. And we will re-issue the download with the retake.

We appreciate the opportunity to rephotograph your student and are committed to ensuring you’re happy with the final results. We understand how important these photos are as a lasting keepsake.
