My Access Code is not working

If you are still within the ordering time frame and your access code is not working please reach out to customer service via email at [email protected] . Please include please provide the students name, school and grade.

My Access code has expired

Fall portrait access codes expire 5 days after your schools picture day. Spring portrait access codes expire at 10am on your schools picture day. If you've missed the online ordering deadline please call customer service at 978-640-6250 to place your order.

I didn’t receive an Access Code for my child. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder in your email. If you still did not receive an email, please email [email protected] When sending in a request for an access code, please provide the students name, school and grade.
